*Corporate and Foundations Manager
*The Deborah Hospital Foundation seeks to hire a dynamic Corporate and Foundations Manager. The Deborah Hospital Foundation is charged with supporting the financial needs of the Deborah Heart and Lung Center a world-renowned center for cardiac, pulmonary and vascular services.
This position focus is on all aspects of fundraising. Successfully manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects, establishing procedures for identifying and cultivating, soliciting and managing major gifts for the DEBORAH Hospital Foundation from corporate and foundation communities. This includes analyzing corporate/foundation prospects, maintaining a communication program to promote major giving, participating in prospecting activities and assisting with grant writing and fundraising activities. Undertake and oversee the collection of data and preparation of reports related to the Major Gifts program, maintaining information systems on donor contributions, including schedules for solicitation and reporting. Prepare and monitor the major gifts budget. Additionally, the corporate and foundation manager will develop targeted marketing strategies to increase awareness and significantly increase additional revenue for DEBORAH Hospital Foundation.

| Requirements: |
* Bachelors Degree Required (Masters Preferred) with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in managing institutional development programs with significant experience and success in major gift campaigns. Experience in higher education, hospital or academic medical center is highly desired. *A proven track record in closing six and seven figure major gifts is essential.
*The successful candidate will be a skilled writer, proving so with sample of previous written work.
*Candidate should have knowledge of charitable giving instruments/options and relevant tax laws, along with a demonstrated ability to prospect, cultivate and manager new accounts.
*The ideal candidate must have proven success in building relationships with key donors, volunteers, physicians, administrative colleagues and donors, coupled with demonstrative consensus-building skills.
*An ability to specifically document fundraising activity will be a key component of this position.
*Must be willing and able to travel
